One more week
We all want a man that is present, but how present are you your self? Women often hear that we can multitask, check mail, make dinner, talk to a friend etc at the same time…but is it very effective? In Tantra we talk about presence and breathing, we could call it mindfulness also. So is your mind full of things this las week before Xmas or are you capable of be present in what you do.
Stop for a moment, feel your feet, take a deep breath, close your eyes, just breath for a couple of moments, now you are ready to meet the world.
